an ideal hotel, absolutely breathtaking views, incredible location to benicassim train station. air-conditioned, decent sized room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet. good food, eggs and bacon.

The rooms here were totally new and a good size, really worth the money. They had everything you needed like AC and a bathroom 🌟. The service was on point, couldn't fault it at all.

As it was a one night stay on the way to the North of Spain it was excellent for us. Its location in Benicasim was very good with excellent facilities.
We did not eat dinner as we do not like buffets, however the breakfast was very good

Staff were very helpful and room cleaning was good and frequent. Plenty of room around the pool and garden area and only a short walk to the beach.
Room was quite basic.

Relaxation - no fuss - food very good - surroundings very peaceful
a little quiet in the evenings - not looking for major entertainment but perhaps some other that what was buried down in the cellar would have appealed - very early to bed

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities, including a lovely poolside / garden area. Close to the beach and shops. Excellent breakfast.
The room service menu was awful and overpriced and the poolside bar menu was very basic and didn't change during our stay.

Ideal location, super close to the sea 🌊! We got a twin room with air conditioning and a lovely garden view. They even provided fresh towels.

overall easy access to swimming pools and beaches.
The hotel could possibly do with more elevators, as you can wait a considerate amount of time when it gets busy.

very helpful friendly staff. We will stay here again but we would go out for dinner.
the dinner is a buffet. which is not what we expect in a 4 star hotel. although we were only charged 15euros. So not complaining but we would have prefered a proper restaurant.
